This is a foot-stomping wine, with grapes pressed in the traditional method, underfoot! A full-bodied white with lees ageing, giving it a real wow factor. With only 2508 bottles produced, this is a rare and delightful wine which is made to be shared. We just love this one.
Tasting Notes
Golden straw colour. Flavours of peach, apple, pear, honeysuckle, jasmine, and a touch of vanilla panna cotta. Rich, full bodied with flavours of apricot jam, custard, and spicy vanilla.
Food pairing
A decadent wine, this will go great with spicy meals (think Thai or Indian curry), with rich shellfish, and luxurious creamy dishes.
