This is a tasty alcohol-free, organic, vegan, low-calorie sparkling rosé. Noughty was launched in 2019 and shook up the global wine industry. Their aim is to revolutionise non-alcoholic wine drinking with a premium portfolio of sparking and still dealcoholized wines. And producers Thomson & Scott are a Certified B-Corporation too, demonstrating they are a business which is a force for good.

Described by The Independent:  “In short, when it comes to booze-free-fizz, Noughty is as close to the real thing as we’ve found.”

Tasting Notes

Beautiful classic rosé in colour with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.

Food Pairing

Noughty Rosé is a celebration in itself and really sings with salted and spicy nibbles as well as complementing Asian food and a wide variety of dishes for those choosing something elegant without alcohol.

About the winemaker

Thomson launched game-changing Noughty - the first top quality organic, vegan, halal non-alcoholic, low sugar sparkling wine in 2019.

Raised on a plant-based, no sugar diet by her health-conscious mother, Thomson was formerly an Arts Broadcaster at the BBC.

Thomson moved her young family to Paris and studied for her Diploma in Wine at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School where she was Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 and an EY Winning Woman.

Thomson is a founding board member of ANBA, the Non Alcoholic Beverage Association in the US and Vice Chair of the Trade Association in the UK/EU.

Sustainability Rating - 2* - Good Overall Practice

Thomson & Scott are a certified B-Corp business, meaning they are a committed to high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials.

They work with two separate family-run wineries – one in Germany and one in South Africa. The German winery sources organic grapes from Spain, uses renewable energy and is in the process of installing new steam generators and energy systems. In South Africa, for irrigation, the vineyard aims to use as much natural water reserves as possible, and the winery is involved in local social initiatives in community and offers  employee ownership opportunities. All packaging uses recyclable components as far as possible. Although Thomson & Scott are yet to calculate their end-to-end carbon footprint, they are working with Tree Points and for every bottle sold they make a donation for the planting of trees to offset carbon. 10,000 trees have been planted to-date.

Why Choose Collectivino?

We search each region to find exceptional small-batch wines from independent producers, including some of the best organic, biodynamic and vegan wines around. As selected by sommeliers at Michelin-starred restaurants, and now available for you to enjoy at home too.

We seek out winemakers who are as passionate about the environment as they are about wine quality. They go further to not only minimise impact but improve local biodiversity, and we pay them fairly for their work. These delicious wines won't leave a hangover for the planet.

Paying a small premium unlocks exceptional quality as more of the money goes into the wine vs. the taxes. We aim to bring you oustanding wines for the price you pay, for every ocassion. We don't think you'll be able to find many wines this good at a better price elsewhere.

All our wines come with our Founders' Promise: every bottle in every case is quality assured, sustainably produced, and a wine that we're proud of and enjoy drinking ourselves. If you're not happy, let us know and we'll aim to put things right. Santé! Martin & Toby x
