A great example of a classic English Sparkling Wine. If you enjoy a non-vintage Champagne, then this is the sparkling wine for you. Chapel Down Brut NV is an elegant blend of four classic grape varieties.
Tasting notes:
An elegant English sparkling wine with aromas of red apple, lemongrass and freshly baked bread together with hints of strawberry and quince on the palate and fine persistent bubbles.

About the winemaker:
Chapel Down is one of England's best known winemakers, and produce world-class sparkling wines. Vineyards across the South of England, watch out for some exciting things from them on the sustainability front coming soon too!
After hand harvesting, the fruit undergoes cool fermentation followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures on its fine lees in tank for six months. Once bottled, the wine is then aged on its lees for approximately 18 months.
