This is a beautiful wine from 45 year old sauvignon vines. Crisp, intense, divine.
Tasting notes:
Pale straw yellow. Intense aromas of grapefruit and white flowers on the nose. Light-to-medium-bodied with crisp acidity, bright citrus flavours and flinty minerality.

Beautiful with grilled fish, scallops, roast pork
About the winemaker:
The Cedrick Bardin estate is located in the heart of the village of Pouilly sur Loire (Upper Loire region of France) with 13 hectares of vines spread over four appellations: Pouilly sur Loire, Pouilly Fumé, Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois. His estate is run using sustainable practices, considering impacts to flora and fauna, soil, and the community.
