This is a beautiful wine from 45 year old sauvignon vines. Crisp, intense, divine.
Pale straw yellow. Intense aromas of grapefruit and white flowers on the nose. Light-to-medium-bodied with crisp acidity, bright citrus flavours and flinty minerality.
Beautiful with grilled fish, scallops, roast pork
