Award-winning Oxney Organic Estate, run by Norwegian Kristin Syltevik, is one of our favourite wineries, and one of the best examples of sustainable wine we can find. Winemaking is overseen by experienced winemaker Salvatore from Sicily and this English sparkling is crisp and refreshing, not too high on the alcohol content, and really won't disappoint you or your guests. It's a pioneering example of the revolution that's underway in English wines. Serve extra chilled!
