Domaine Pey Blanc has been under the management of winemaker Gabriel Giusiano since 2004. Friendly winemaker, comfortable in his sneakers, and a tireless worker, Gabriel is the soul of Pey Blanc. “I’m not giving up on the vineyard, that’s the most important thing!" says Gabriel to whom the terroir is key, and he often talks about “preserving the terroir, listening to the vines and remaining attentive to their equilibrium”. This is the ethos followed throughout the vine growing and winemaking process, to stay true to the terroir and ensure a balance of elegance and freshness in the wines. This leads to their Provence rosé wines being of exceptional quality with aromatic profiles.

Domaine Pey Blanc has been has been a family-owned estate since 1930. Nestled in the sun-drenched landscapes of Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, they stand as a beacon of sustainable winemaking. The Pey Blanc estate is a gem in the Aix wine-growing landscape and is made up of three plots around the exceptional Vallon des Mourgues site. This 33-hectare site is in the Aix-en-Provence appellation AOP area and is home to the various Pey Blanc “terroirs”. The soil is primarily clay-limestone and its features make the estate’s wines more complex and characteristic. The average age of the vines is 30 years old.
